RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Raleigh, NC that is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant specializing in Red Hat Identity Management (IdM) to join our team.

Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) expertise, as RHEL upgrades are a key component of this project. The consultant will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IdM solutions, as well as ensuring smooth upgrades and optimization of RHEL environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience with Red Hat Identity Management (IdM)


• Strong skills in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), with experience in upgrades and migrations


• Knowledge of security best practices for identity management and Linux environments


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible) is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
