Role Description:
The Senior Manager of TRUQAP Marketing, Prostate, is accountable for leading the HCP promotional execution for TRUQAP's mCSPC (castration sensitive prostate cancer) in the US.
The Senior Marketing Manager will report into the TRUQAP marketing team within the Breast Cancer Franchise and work in close collaboration with DNA Damage Response (DDR) Franchise counterparts within the Oncology Business Unit. The prostate indication represents a significant commercial opportunity in an area of high unmet medical need and will be TRUQAP's first indication in prostate cancer. You will be charged with developing and driving robust commercial launch plans for the TRUQAP in prostate cancer and for collaborating successfully with key cross-functional partners.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead the TRUQAP prostate HCP promotional execution across applicable channels (e.g., field promotional assets) ensuring alignment with the brand strategy as well as regulatory, legal and compliance
Support indication lead for core messaging / CVA development & updates
Manage indication budget and associated AZ processes
Lead field input and engagement to inform promotional messaging, tools, and resources
Coordinate with OTD to support field training needs (e.g. RTS, ONX, national meeting)
Lead the tactical elements of the annual operational planning process in partnership with agencies and cross-functional partners
Manage partner agency relationships, workflow and related project budgets - including timely operations (e.g. POs, invoices, etc.)
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
3 years' experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, strategic planning
Preferred qualifications:
Prior in-line HCP marketing experience
MBA in relevant field
Oncology, rare disease, or specialty care experience highly preferred
Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape including Community Oncology and Hospital Oncology dynamics, GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders
Marketing experience (developing brand strategy, performing positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, leading ad agency, providing direction on annual budget planning)
Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal and Digital, Patient marketing)
Launch experience
This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, headquarters.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $142,100 to $213,151. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
