Summary:
The Cross Reference Analyst is the primary owner of the SPR Cross Reference database. This person is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust cross reference database which equips our sales team to grow sales and increase market share. He/she works closely with the sales team, Merchants, and Marketing to identify strategic cross references utilizing the existing database as well as conducting industry research to identify new cross references. A successful candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent computer and interpersonal skills, and will demonstrate effective research skills and outstanding attention to detail. Competencies
Education and/or Experience:
Undergraduate degree preferred. Three to five years in a similar role.
Computer Skills:
Experience with MS Office and database queries.
Language Skills:
Ability to document business processes, effectively present and communicate data, and respond to questions from the field.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform basic math calculations, analyze mathematical data, and convert to and from different units of measure.
Organizational Skills:
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to compile and interpret data. Make sound/reasonable decisions based on data.
