Your new role
Healthcare Construction Estimator Role: - Estimator for healthcare construction projects, responsible for planning and managing estimating activities. - Interpreting, and presenting estimates. - Reviewing project plans, coordinating subcontract solicitations, determining costs - Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (or equivalent experience)
At least 3 years of project engineering or related experience
Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings
Strong judgment and calculation skills
Familiarity with healthcare construction costs and principles
Healthcare Construction Estimating experience (including quantity takeoffs and purchasing accounting)
Proficiency in drafting and computer skills
