Responsibilities:
Managerial Leadership: Coordinate with program and department managers, design teams, and construction managers.
Technical Leadership: Conduct preliminary systems assessments, develop project strategies, and oversee implementation.
Business Development: Drive clean energy projects in the region.
Team Growth: Recruit and mentor mechanical, electrical, and energy engineering professionals.
Skills/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
PE license preferred.
Expertise in multiple technical areas.
Strong communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with AutoCAD/Revit is a plus.
