A leading general contractor and construction management firm in Central Texas is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for their Round Rock, TX location.


This company has been serving the area since 1979 and has grown into a full-service commercial construction company with over 300 employees.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Assist project managers in planning and executing construction projects.


Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.


Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.


Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.


Work with the project manager to eliminate blockers. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.


Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.


2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role in the construction industry.


Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).


Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
