This is a great opportunity for an individual who has 2-7 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction.

Responsibilities:
Junior estimator is to prepare detailed takeoffs, assist price preparation using HCSS. This position will work with experienced senior staff.
Quality / reliable estimate takeoff
Work with senior estimators and others that will mentor, teach and guide
Disciplines will be within utility, excavation, earthwork, site work, substructure concrete, superstructure concrete, structural steel, foundation/ pile work, architectural work etc.
Follows procedure guidelines successfully.
Assisting, calling to review quotations from suppliers / subcontractors
Software used (HCSS) creating estimates, structure and quotes.
Bid packages with Addenda
Preparing bid submission packages
Bachelor degree in Civil or Construction OR Equivalent working experience
