Y ear s' experience required: 5-8 years directly related experience.

E xper i enc e Required:

Demonstrated professional experience in a supervisory or program/project management position with global operational experience.

A Team Leader, is responsible for overseeing teams of employees and motivating them to complete their job duties effectively related to board of changes, project prioritization, and end to end project and product lifecycle execution. Their duties include training new employees and providing Team Members with daily objectives, developing and implementing reward systems to motivate employee productivity, drive standard and scalable process enhancements, building collaboration with cross functional teams, and communicating with upper management to determine the best methods for meeting business goals.

Duties:


  • Includes all Scrum Master duties as defined

  • Includes all Product Evolution Program and Quality Value Engineering Projects as identified by the business

  • Provide leadership for the NAM Hub H&D Board of Change (BOC) team members and allocated R&D Investments for the various BOCs.

  • Develop a strategy that the team members can use to better reach a project's goal.

  • Assign tasks to team members.

  • Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the projects on track and on schedule.

  • Communicate clear instructions to team members.

  • Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.

  • Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team's progress

  • Responsible and accountable for Process, Insights, Analysis, Execution Design for elements of existing products, quality value engineering, and quality shifts.


Q ua lifi ca ti on s :

  • Degree in as appropriate with 5 years of leading and developing individuals

  • Deep knowledge of principles, practices and theories in program/project management

  • G oo d organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • The ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics

  • Advanced knowledge in common office applications and word processing software

  • Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures

  • Understanding of safety practices

  • Friendly, outgoing personality

  • Strong customer service skills
