Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Signal and Power Integrity Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be joining a team of engineers who provide top-tier customer application support. This role requires a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the entire organization. Your expertise will ensure the performance, reliability, and signal integrity of our products, meeting the stringent requirements of our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert technical support to customers on signal and power integrity issues related to our interconnect products.
  2. Analyze customer designs and recommend optimal solutions for signal integrity and power delivery challenges.
  3. Develop and deliver training workshops and webinars on signal and power integrity best practices and our product offerings.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to drive projects and initiatives.
  5. Provide support to other team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  6. Assist the sales team in technical discussions with customers and provide pre-sales support to demonstrate the value of our products.
  7. Develop and present technical presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and unique features of our interconnect solutions.
  8. Collect feedback from customers on their experience with our products and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Communicate customer requirements and feedback to the engineering team to drive product development and enhancement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in signal and power integrity technologies and incorporate them into your customer support strategies.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    2. 7+ years of experience in Signal and Power Integrity.
    3. Strong understanding of signal and power integrity principles and practices.
    4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    5. Proficiency in using simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, or similar.
    6. Hands-on experience with high-speed measurement equipment and techniques.
    7. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    1. Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Experience in customer support and managing customer relationships.
    3. Familiarity with the latest industry trends and standards in Signal and Power Integrity.
    Working Conditions:
    1. This position requires a small amount of travel to occasionally meet with customers.
    2. Flexible working options available, including remote work, depending on project needs and team coordination.
    3. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
