We are growing our Partner Business Manager team! We are adding experienced, driven, sales professionals with a proven track record of exceeding goals in a Partner led sales model. You will need to possess strong sales management experience and the ability to develop and build strong partner relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Work with partners to create and implement business plans driving enablement, engagement, and acceleration strategies


  • Create, develop, and maintain relationships with key local government partners in NALA


  • Track partner training certifications and drive partner engagement to achieve critical metrics


  • Lead partner enablement and engagement across NVIDIA Sales, Marketing, Technical, Program, and Business Segment teams to help partners build a successful AI practice


  • Maintain executive and C-level relationships


  • Understand and advocate NVIDIA solutions by increasing the adoption of NVIDIA's AI accelerated computing platform


  • Present results in regular internal QBRs



What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


  • A passion for technology


  • Experience selling technological solutions and maintaining professional relationships


  • Experience supporting partners focused on state and local government


  • Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint


  • Familiarity with SFDC


  • 8+ years of meaningful partner and account management experience


  • Light travel for events, trainings, and partner QBRs

The cash compensation range is 196,000 USD - 299,000 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
