Location: Covina, CA

Salary: $115,000.00 USD Annually - $145,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager with manufacturing experience, preferably in a food manufacturing plant in the Covina CA area.



COMPENSATION: $115,000 to $145,000 plus bonus



MUST HAVE: 8+ years in as a Maintenance Manager OR Mechanical Engineering Degree and 3+ years of experience in Maintenance experience



MUST HAVE: Food manufacturing experience



RESPONSIBILITIES:



- Manage the plant maintenance program (Planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance)


- Maintain spare parts, maintenance supplies inventory


- Maintain and repairs maintenance shop equipment


- Maintain a computerized maintenance management system, CMMS


- Make recommendations for improving plant operations


- Solve maintenance-related problems


- Train and Manage plant maintenance personnel


- Conduct employee reviews


- Maintain and update operating and training manuals


- Minimize unplanned downtime, solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement


- Track, and improve key maintenance parameters (Asset utilization, Maintenance Cost, PM Compliance, Schedule Compliance)


- Ensure that plant remains OSHA compliant



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



- 8+ years in as a Maintenance Manager or a Mechanical Engineering Degree and 3+ years of experience in Maintenance experience


- Experience with repairs/maintenance of processing equipment and maintaining a computerized maintenance management system


- Must have prior supervisory experience
