SUMMARY



The Public Health Analyst will provide evaluation and communications related services to programs and initiatives in support of the customer as defined in the contract.


Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS



Expertise in data analysis and database management is essential. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required. Experience in grants management and awards management systems for the government is highly preferred. Detail oriented and strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Oversee project databases and management systems to collect project implementation data. Develop clear and concise spreadsheets. Monitor progress within the data and determine opportunities for building capacity.


Support Project Officers and funded recipients and/or grantees. Provide technical assistance, as needed. Coordinate meetings to review progress and provide feedback.


Perform monitoring and/or evaluation data collection and analysis. Conduct basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess program performance. Develop proficiency in relevant data analysis software and tools. Contribute to the preparation of reports and summaries, synthesizing findings and highlighting potential areas for program improvement.


Demonstrates the ability to utilize independent judgment to make informed decisions that align with company objectives and priorities.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in public health program evaluation or a similar field.
