What you’ll do:


  • Contribute to business related projects and initiatives providing various input and support.

  • Maintain calendars, arrange meetings and schedule appointments

  • Produce/compile reports, minutes, presentations and briefs for Executive Committee, Board Meetings, and Retail meetings.

  • Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports.

  • Coordinate meetings and events; including registration, logistics, securing venue, catering, preparing materials, and confirming participant reservations and attendance. 

  • Serve as office manager, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory

  • Provide high level of customer service using professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment.

  • Facility liaison for Charter working directly with Property Manager for projects

  • Admin and site owner for online resources ensuring content and appropriate access

Qualifications:


  • High school degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years of secretarial, administrative assistant, office services experience supporting various management levels preferred

  • Advanced skills with MS Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills and detail orientation

  • Capacity to work independently and with a team on projects

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills

  • Customer focus in dealing with all levels of employees and visitors
