Responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to evaluate and uncover strategic insights related to pricing performance against budget plans across all categories and customer channels (division/eCommerce). Apply analytical rigor to define outcomes measures, improve prioritization, increase agility in decisions, improve ability to evaluate progress towards business outcomes and to evaluate risks to strategic goals. Leverage advance data-driving problem-solving techniques to manipulate and interpret business data. Translate findings into insights for strategy management and execution. - Ability to influence across functions at all levels internally and externally
- Ability to understand and manipulate large amounts of data
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to identify metrics and key performance measures and use data to drive decisions which enhance the customer experience
- Solid knowledge and ability to apply the systems development and project management life-cycle processes involved with implementing technology solutions
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and expectations

Desired
- Bachelor's Degree analytics, database management, information systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience of SQL analytics or equivalent- Create daily / period / yearly pricing tools, reports, and analysis for KPIs against plan to determine risk and opportunity
- Develop a database that captures information that can be used for future analysis
- Serve as point of contact for to answer data, systems and reporting questions
- Design and monitor reports used to analyze forecast and adjust based on trends and future looking opportunities
- Manage, prepare, and coordinate reports used for business review
- Develop and maintain pricing analysis with insights, recommendations, and action points for teams
- Generate actionable insights for pricing performance versus budget, target and forecasts and identify recent trends
- Perform deep dive analytics for pricing across categories and service delivery to ensure optimization
- Monitor and measure risks and benefits associated with various business channels (divisions/eCommerce)
- Assist and provide recommendations based on analysis and strategize with various teams and leadership to continually maximize revenue growth
- Deliver daily ad hoc business analysis
- Construct various tools and models to ensure accurate forecast process
- Design, update and create new and existing templates for the variety of reports used to summarize period and quarterly results for financial and executive management teams
- Articulate recommendation and strategies related to key stakeholders
- Travel 10% to divisions and market competitors
