Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota





Job Description:

We are an engineering company and are searching for a long term temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team for 3 months for project based work. 2+ years of Administrative experience is required!


Duties:



  • Manage and process purchase orders, invoice emailing and mailing & invoice portal entry

  • Compliance documents - Review, updating, drafting and sending to client

  • Scanning and saving of documents

  • Filing - paper and electronic and documenting processes

  • State registrations - Preparing documents/registration forms & spreadsheet management

  • Calendar management support ; Meeting scheduling, lunch ordering, & making travel arrangements

  • Accounting Contracts: Draft, and maintain contract administration guide


Requirements:



  • 2+ years of previous administrative assistant experience

  • Previous industry experience is a HUGE plus

  • High school diploma required, degree preferred

  • Extremely High Attention to Detail

  • Problem solver, critical thinker, can-do attitude

  • Can receive direction and has strong follow through skills

  • General understanding Microsoft Suite

Additional Info:




  • Pay range: $21/hr-$28/hr (depending on experience)


  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility)


  • Location: 100% in office, Minnetonka


  • Type: 3 month long term temporary position (ASAP through the end of December)
