Salary: $90,000 - $100,000


Location: In-office, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Our client is seeking an experienced eCommerce Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for managing product information, content, and various integrations for our Magento website (Magento Community edition) and sister company sites. You will work closely with a small development team to ensure optimal customer experience and website performance. The ideal candidate will also support marketing and design initiatives, including creating promotional materials and managing social media content.




Key Responsibilities:





  • Product Management: Collect, create, and update all product information and content for the Magento website. Maintain consistent product data between ERP (Infor SX Cloudsuite Distribution) and Magento platforms.


  • Google Integrations: Manage Google integrations (Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager) for two sister company websites, ensuring smooth performance and data accuracy.


  • Vendor Management: Add, edit, and maintain vendor information for approximately 100 brands, including product updates, pricing changes, and general site improvements.


  • Google Merchant & Ads: Oversee Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts, ensuring product visibility and price accuracy.


  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and track website-related expenses, including hosting, development, and extensions.


  • ERP & Site Coordination: Ensure accurate product and price updates in both the ERP and Magento platforms.


  • Development Team Collaboration: Document site or performance issues and work with the development team to improve website functionality. Use JIRA or Gitlab for task tracking (preferred).


  • Marketing & Design Support: Assist with creating flyers, brochures, posters, and other print materials, while ensuring consistency in brand appearance across two companies. Manage content conversion for online distribution.


  • Social Media & Google Business: Create and update content for social media platforms and manage Google Business profiles. Draft and track executive summaries for new initiatives.


  • Event Planning & Coordination: Support external event planning and attend company marketing events to align with proposals and company goals.



Skills & Experience Required:




  • Experience with Magento Community Edition website management and integrations.

  • Proficiency in managing data between ERP systems (Infor SX Cloudsuite Distribution) and eCommerce platforms.

  • Experience with Google Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and Google Ads.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, including Adobe Bridge for bulk updates.

  • Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe Premiere Rush for video content creation is a plus.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • Experience with JIRA or Gitlab is a plus.
