We are currently seeking a Bilingual Payroll and HR Administrator for one of our clients in the Sacramento area. Position Overview:


The Bilingual Payroll and HR Administrator will be responsible for managing payroll processing, assisting with human resources tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as you will be communicating with a diverse workforce.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, benefits, and compensation information.

  • Support the HR department with onboarding, employee relations, and compliance documentation.

  • Administer benefits and assist with open enrollment processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

  • Collaborate with management to improve payroll and HR processes.

  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to employees and management as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in payroll administration and HR functions.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS software.

  • Familiarity with state and federal payroll regulations.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: $35 - $40 per hr.
