A valued client of ours is seeking a Mechanical Service Support Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving. This role involves providing remote troubleshooting support to customers, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams. While a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, our client is open to candidates with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and strong mechanical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote support via phone and email for technical issues, troubleshooting, and conversions.
Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to address customer concerns and provide innovative solutions.
Adapt to changing situations and manage ambiguity effectively.
Participate in continuous learning to maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Support occasional travel (up to 10%) to customer sites for hands-on troubleshooting and support.

Work Environment:
Initial training period of approximately 3 months, based on individual performance.
Potential for hybrid schedule (2 days work from home, 3 days in office) after training, provided performance and reliability standards are met.
