Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Digital Content Writer with experience in the IT/Technology/SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the technology and SaaS industries, creating compelling content that drives engagement, nurtures leads, and supports overall business objectives. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and SEO-optimized web copy. Experience managing email marketing campaigns from start to finish, email automation tools experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies to engage target audiences within the technology and SaaS sectors.
Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and website content.
Create compelling social media content to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Implement SEO best practices in all content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp), ensuring content is tailored for different stages of the customer journey.
Collaborate with product marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with business objectives and key messaging.
Analyze and report on content performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and audience engagement.
Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive content strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in digital content writing, with a focus on technology or SaaS industries.
Proven track record of producing SEO-driven content that improves organic rankings and website traffic.
Experience managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Strong understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement best practices.
Proficient in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data-driven content creation and content optimization tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Experience in video scriptwriting or multimedia content creation is a plus.
