We are seeking an Insurance Defense Paralegal to join our client's growing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity within our insurance defense litigation practice. The position offers the chance to work with a dynamic legal team and support high-level litigation cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case management, including drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and conducting legal research.
Manage e-filing processes and adhere to court deadlines.
Collaborate with attorneys to meet billable hour requirements.
Engage in case preparation, including the review of discovery and litigation support tasks.
Qualifications:
Experience in insurance defense litigation is required, with a preference for candidates with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in e-filing.
Familiarity with litigation software tools and platforms.
