Job Purpose



As part of the North America Chromascan team, the Chromascan Operations Specialist will improve regional operations and technical processes to improve capacity and safety, while reducing cost of operation and increasing product quality. Will also implement technology, manage optimization projects, and perform necessary repairs and retrofits to tint room assets across the network.



Job Responsibilities





  • Coordinate, monitor and drive project activities. Manage project risks, issues, changes, and resources. Conduct root cause analysis, taking corrective actions as necessary. collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Support the modernization of tinting practices within the North America region to include software, dispensing techniques and operational practices.

  • Support the corporate and third-party logistics provider tint room network with emergency repairs and planned setup activities of production equipment.

  • Identify and facilitate process improvement projects aimed towards aligning North America, South America, and the global region.

  • Conduct compliance audits and distributor evaluations to drive results through the established Continuous Improvement framework for the North America marine, protective and yacht business unit.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for North America Site Manager and vendors, supporting Latin America Partners with technical expertise.

  • Promote health, safety, and environmental regulations by ensuring that standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to in compliance with corporate, federal, state, and local requirements.




Job Qualifications





  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate of Science in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • 2 years' technical experience in production and/or machinery manufacturing in a service-based operation.

  • Cross-functional project management experiencewith the ability to lead team project(s). Must be knowledgeable of project management tools. Lean Six Sigma or Agile training required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledgeable of database software (SQL, Azure) and Visio/Mapping software (CAD preferred).

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30% to include Canada and Latin America.

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate to multiple levels and functions to include customers.

  • Fluency in Spanish preferred.
