(Contingent upon available funding): 14.00 - 17.00, Hourly Work Schedule: 5 pm to 2 am nights and weekends for events Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary:

Cleaning of all athletic facilities, including but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning brass, cleaning window, floor maintenance, carpet maintenance as necessary, cleaning court, etc. Maintenance and Management of custodial supply inventory, to include inventory counts, shelving/stocking, accepting deliveries, etc. Venue preparation for events. Ability to fill in for the night foreman as needed. This includes assigning additional duties and performing walk-through inspections, handling complaints and requests, and other duties as assigned.

Some travel is required around campus to travel to the different facilities daily and off campus to procure supplies daily.  This position presents exposure to cleaning chemicals, heavy lifting, weather conditions, and dust.  Requires the ability to lift and move 50 pounds occasionally.  Due to communication expectations of the position, the incumbent will be required to maintain cellular or other electronic communication device.  The incumbent's pay includes compensation to apply toward the use of their personal cellular device. Required Qualifications:

 High School Diploma/GED.

Valid Driver's License.

Must be able to read and understand SDS sheets and understand the department directives. Ability to handle multiple work priorities simultaneously; ability to work with minimal supervision in a highly self-motivated manner; general knowledge of custodial equipment and supplies, ability to lift and move 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Four years of related experience including three years of managerial/supervisory experience.

General custodial experience; knowledge of custodial equipment and supplies.
