Provides high quality customer service: Greets visitors, answers telephone, and provides accurate information as appropriate
Schedules appointments in scheduling software to facilitate access to advising and orientation appointments in the student portal
Delivers individual and group orientation presentations
Guides students on virtual and/or in-person college and My Harper portal tours
Assists with call campaigns
Education Requirements: In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer) Experience Requirements: A successful candidate must be able to maintain confidentially of the department. Prior customer service or office experience is preferred. Schedule Information: Will determine schedule based on student's availability. Must have some availability to work during the following hours: Sunday
Monday 8 am - 7 pm Tuesday 8 am - 7 pm Wednesday 8 am - 7 pm Thursday 8 am - 7 pm Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm Saturday 8 am - 12 pm (only on final registration week) Maximum hours per week: 20 Special Notes:
