Implements WS-TEACH recruitment initiatives.
Develops and implements a recruitment plan to attract a diverse group of WS-TEACH applicants.
Designs and disseminates print and non-print recruitment materials that effectively markets WS-TEACH in-person and online.
Creates, organizes, and catalogs marketing materials.
Ensures all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes and content.
Conducts research to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and identify undergraduate institutions that can serve as pipelines for WS-TEACH.
Registers and attends local and national job fairs to share information about WS-TEACH with diverse groups of potential applicants.
Creates and maintains a recruitment database.
Facilitates communication with affiliated college/university enrollment management offices to support applicants through the admissions process.
Oversees and coordinates campus visits for prospective candidates.
Prepares marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring success.
Generates marketing and recruitment reports as requested.
Attends recruitment meetings to report on prospective student applicants.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Possess excellent project management skills, including close attention to detail, balancing the big picture with detailed steps to reach end goals.
Self-directed and has the ability to work collaboratively or individually.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong editing and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, email and internet applications.
Ability to use independent judgment and to manage confidential information.
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience in the fields of marketing, advertising, admissions, and/or human resources.
