The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is a vital member of the Division of Human Resources, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. This role is responsible for providing a comprehensive range of HR support and expertise, including talent acquisition and management, records retention, performance management, training and orientation, and employee relations. The HR Generalist plays a crucial role in resolving various HR-related issues across the college.
