Posting Summary:

Provide training, support, and functional supervision to Service Team Generalists (OPSGs) in the completion of daily tasks such as creation, maintenance, and processing of student records and transcript production. Assist with answering policy/procedure questions, troubleshooting problems via email, over the telephone, or in-person. Serve as liaison with internal constituents and external agencies regarding student information/registration. Serve as primary point of contact to LCOM and PACE in student record creation, management, and verification. Process monthly National Student Clearinghouse (NSLC) file submissions and submit NSLC error file corrections. Generate reports of students receiving the NEBHE RSP tuition break and work with academic units to ensure students continue to meet eligibility criteria. Oversee the process for updating pending graduating student records in BANNER and manage the printing and mailing of diplomas. Generate the various reports related to graduating student record cleanup and make the required updates to their BANNER records. Collaborate with academic units to triage any discrepancies. Serve as campus liaison and Application Administrator for the day-to-day operations of the EAB-Navigate360 advising tool. Manage Navigate360 site configurations and reply to end-user support inquiries related to the modification of existing functionality, and the integration of new services and functionality, such as AI tools. Create and maintain updated documentation related to assigned tasks in the RO Operations Manual. Provide registration support for first year and new transfer students. Assist with the creation of the schedule of courses. Serve as back-up supervisor, as needed.


Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):

Associate's degree with two years of related experience, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Effective customer service skills and experience effectively working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Notary Public Licensing Required.


Desirable Qualifications:

Familiarity with BANNER student information system and experience in higher education highly desired.


Anticipated Pay Range:

23.58-24.61/hr (approx. 46-48,000/year)

In-person during probationary period, then hybrid option is available


Special Conditions:

Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, Open to current UVM employees only , Bargaining unit position, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
