This is a project based, temporary position projected to last no later than June 30, 2026 unless approved for extension or modification.
The ERP Education and Training Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful transition to the Workday ERP, ensuring a frictionless experience for end users. This individual leads campuswide documentation and cross-divisional education programs for more than 3,300 faculty, student and staff users. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, adapting materials to suit the specific needs of end-users, and creating clear, concise documentation to support ongoing system utilization. The ideal candidate will have project oversight experience, strong attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of teaching and learning pedagogy, and demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Training Development:
Bachelor's degree
3 years experience with complex organizational projects, Teaching or Training Delivery Experience
5 years higher education experience, Change Management Experience, Residential Liberal Arts Experience; Workday training and/or platform experience
