Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Trial (Litigation) Paralegal for our clients a national litigation firm. This position is 100% in their downtown Dallas office. This position will provide support for attorneys in a highly motivated team environment and will assist in delivering quality service to clients in an efficient and cost - effective manner, according to established policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIRMENTS
5+ years of on-the-job experience necessary to perform complex Paralegal duties in a professional setting
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working with vendors on electronic discovery and project management
Strong project management skills, detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate outsourced electronic discovery projects with vendors and internal resources regarding the creation and maintenance of the databases, images, load files and hosting services and any other specialized electronic discovery services
Communicate with legal team and to define requirements, organization, and management of projects involving case-related documents and data
Coordinate and implement solutions
Provide technical support at the beginning of the case and manage transition to the legal team
Capable of working with a variety of assigned attorneys and practice groups areas as needed
Must take 6 hours annually of continuing education training offered by the firm or through Westlaw
