Position: Test Operator

Location: Watertown, South Dakota

Basic Purpose of Position: The Test Operator tests the products before they are put into products or depart the facility. Your contributions will help us continue our journey towards Winning as One: One company. One team. One purpose. One plan. One culture.

Primary or Major Responsibilities:

Test

• Run diagnostic test on IC before actual set up.
• Run functional tests.
• Operate in circuit tester by attaching fixtures correctly and adjusting the pods.
• Complete rework travelers.
• Perform repair operations on assemblies (NOTE: Repairs will be diagnosed by technicians such as: clipping leads over traces, visual inspection of boards for missing parts or incorrect placement).
• Complete test log if appropriate.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by Test Engineer.
• Use computers to run functional and in-circuit test.

Requirements:

• This position reports to work onsite - this is not a remote position!
• Must be ITAR Compliant All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation skills required.
• Physical: Able to lift 40 pounds with or without accommodation. Full physical requirements outlined in attachment.
• Language: Ability to read, write and comprehend spoken work instructions in English.
• Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment.

Pay is $16-18/hour with benefits.

1st Shift hours: Monday-Thursday with Flexible Start Times - (5am-3pm, 6am-4pm, 7am-5pm)

Overtime may be expected on Fridays
