POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a fully remote Program Manager to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in alignment with stakeholders such as Engineering, Offerings, Monetization, and Delivery, among others, to resolve intake requests. Must be a US Citizen.



Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to team and Field sales stakeholders.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
  • Confer with management and other stakeholders to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Review and recommend deal strategy and maintain project plan.
  • Consult and align with Field Sales teams to prepare RFP and renewal responses
  • Lead internal stakeholder team to resolve the complex deal response, advocate for our customers
  • Ability to occasionally work non-standard hours if needed for region (example, early morning for Europe/ Middle East, late afternoon/evening for Asia Pacific)


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of prior experience supporting high visibility sales and working with sales teams as Project/Program Manager
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • At least one of the following: experience with Microsoft Unified, Microsoft Deal Management, Microsoft Licensing Sales, and/or Microsoft Public Sector
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
  • High Proficiency level / Expert in Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPs, Insights and trends derived via Data Analysis, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, desired but not required.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.

  • A competitive pay range of $50-55 /hr (depending on experience).
