RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Weston, FL that is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager.

Responsibilities:


  • Value Stream Management: Driving the value stream in delivering in collaboration with other Value Stream leads, including Technical Program Managers and Program Leads; Participate in value stream events, process improvement initiatives, and optimization efforts to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Project & Program Management: Senior Technical Program Manager will drive the definition and execution of project & program activities, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management and reporting; Drive and Leverage cross-functional teams through strong communication and negotiation skills, effectively collaborating with stakeholders to for consensus and alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables, and consistently advocating for the best interests of the organization while maintaining positive relationships

  • Technical Acumen: Apply your experience with software development processes to guide project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards

  • Reporting & Management: Develop, Maintain and review project metrics and documentation, including flow metrics, backlogs, project plans, meeting minutes, action items, and other artifacts as needed; Be ready to provide regular updates on overall progress, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders as aligned with Agile principles

  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, engineering teams, QA, and customer support, to facilitate communication and ensure clarity of expectations

  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex challenges that arise during project execution, identify root causes, and drive development of innovative solutions to overcome them







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects

  • 3+ years of global ERP experience, including understanding of several of the following financial processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, fixed assets, general ledger accounting, treasury and/or revenue recognition

  • Good understanding of Agile practices, including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps

  • Technical and business familiarities with financial systems (D365), CRM (Salesforce), enterprise data warehouse (Azure Data Lake) or infrastructure projects

  • Assess project velocity and keep project on track with an excellent communication cadence

  • Experience creating project plans and reporting status to leadership

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical issues and translate them into actionable plans

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships

  • Cross-functional team experience and strong business acumen

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

  • Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office

  • Flexibility to adapt work schedule to work across multiple time zones as needed






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
