RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a Healthcare services provider in the Chicago, IL area is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. The position will report to the CEO and manage the entire finance and accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Chief Financial Officer will work with the CEO and peers on the Executive Team to develop, communicate, and implement the strategic vision


• Partner with the CEO and other business/functional leaders by providing financial leadership and support in the evaluation of acquisitions, capital expenditures, forecasts/budgets, strategic plans, and other financial issues affecting the business


• Chief Financial Officer will direct and manage all aspects of SEC reporting, forms 10Q and 10K, technical accounting research and related implementation


• Monitor and analyze operating results against established targets; Recommend and lead new efforts to improve performance


• Chief Financial Officer will conduct analysis and review of P&L and Balance Sheet to provide cost analysis and performance evaluation as needed


• Responsible for the companies monthly financial close process with the accounting team and operations


• Oversee health care billings and collections

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with strong accounting experience; Master's degree preferred


• CPA certification preferred


• 10+ years of experience; Experience as a senior leader


• Experience in SEC compliance, filing forms 10Q, 10K and 8K, and working for a publicly traded company


• Must have healthcare billing experience


• Ability to confidently and effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization


• International experience a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
