Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Medicare Marketing and Sales Support Specialist in Denver, Colorado (CO).

Responsibilities:


  • Assist sales agents at sales seminar, including set up, transporting sales kits, and tear down

  • Complete outbound calls to seminar RSVP's 48 hours in advance of meeting

  • Work closely and collaboratively with field sales and market leadership to develop and implement appropriate prospecting and lead development strategies (with a heavy focus on grassroots and community-based work)

  • Engage with the key stakeholders and centers of influence to enhance brand reputation and generate community interest and awareness for the client

  • Identify various events or opportunities across market to partake in or sponsor with the expectation and goal of lead development, as well as key community relationships

  • Speak to values of the client and mission statement to various members of the community

  • Schedules or assists with meetings or promotional activities for field sales team to promote client's Medicare plans







REQUIREMENTS:



  • High School diploma/GED required

  • Life/Health insurance license or desire to obtain license after employment

  • Previous successful business development or sales experience, with a focus on grassroots/self-generated practices, ideally focused on the healthcare space

  • Solid understanding of healthcare, particularly Medicare/Medicare Advantage

  • A track record of high achievement in either sales, marketing, or business development

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Personable and professional to assist agent in managing crowd, answering questions, or directing high level questions accordingly

  • Likes to work with senior population (patience, empathetic, professional demeanor)

  • Highly self-driven sense of motivation

  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment while meeting or exceeding performance goals

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
