RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a growing client in San Antonio, TX that is looking to add an Endpoint Support Specialist to their team.

Summary:
In this role, the Endpoint Support Specialist will perform a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to phone support, installation of equipment, configuring equipment and take down of equipment. The Endpoint Support Specialist is also responsible for the imaging and configuring of devices before they get installed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Ticket-driven workflow


• Review and prioritize open tickets through


• Handle on-site visits or provide remote support to users over the phone

REQUIREMENTS:

• Telephone support experience


• Hardware installation expertise


• Strong customer service skills


• Team-oriented


• Highly organized and self-driven


• Eager to learn and grow


• Detail-oriented


• Clean driving record (for potential travel)


• Positive attitude and good communication skills

Preferred Certifications/Experience:

• IT-related degree (preferred)


• IT certification (preferred)


• Resume Preferences: IT-related education and experience are strongly desired

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
