RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Software Developer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer having a high degree of competence in developing easy-to-use responsive user interface application. You will help us integrate backend services along with design and development of automation application. As a Software Developer, you will contribute to the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment as a member of an Agile, multi-functional team.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the WiFi test engineers lab and automation experience

  • Design, implement, monitor, enhance and troubleshoot systems in assigned areas

  • Analyze, revise and document difficulties in existing system logic

  • Test and review system designs

  • Mentor and guide the work of technical staff

  • Help make technical decisions on software development projects

  • Develop and implement software according to proposals

  • Estimate scope of work

  • Create project documentation

  • Implement software proposals

  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide solutions to improve them







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • 3+ years of related work experience

  • Proven experience as software developer

  • Experience with designing and developing interdependent API services, including automated deployment, and monitoring

  • In-depth knowledge of multi-threading concepts and best practices

  • Very good experience in OOPS and Multi-Threading

  • Very good experience in defining/creating RESTful web services

  • Experience in Reporting & Analytics as wells as Systems Integration along with product development

  • Experience with Tableau and Plotly

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes

  • Experience with GIT distributed version control, branching/merge strategies, and GitLab

  • Understanding of databases and data modeling including SQL and NoSQL databases

  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in full stack development, such as Python, Django, and JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Passionate about engineering excellence and continuous learning

Nice to have:

  • Experience with full stack frameworks such as MERN or MEAN

  • Experience in Agile development environment and tools such as Jira

  • Experience with AWS and horizontal scaling techniques

  • Basic understanding of user interface and user experience design principles. Ability to work closely with stakeholders to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces

  • Understanding Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Selenium

  • Junit and other test automation technologies

  • Excellent knowledge of UML






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
