• Assist in performing setups. • Operate Prototyping Machines in accordance to VAM USA operating instructions. • Skillfully make necessary adjustment to program or machine control offsets to assure compliance to all dimensions and quality requirements. • Use precision gages, micrometers and other applicable measurement instruments to validate compliance of product. • Maximize efficiency and productivity at all time. • Responsible for quality of work meeting all requirements. • Follow all Company work instructions, specifications and requirements. • Follow all Company Rules, Procedures and Policies. • Follow all Company Safety Rules. • Any other duties as assigned by Leadman or Line Manager.

Requirements:
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Minimum High School education or equivalent is required
Vocational Technical Training is preferred
Minimum 5- 8 years of experience in metal removal and metal processing on a variety of machines
Must have an advanced understanding of machine shop operations and processes
Experience manufacturing threaded tubular products (preferably premium thread) is required
Inspection knowledge is required (i.e. gauging, measuring of parts per blueprint, measuring instrument setups, good understanding of inspection methods)
Must be familiar with computers (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, windows explorer)
Should have excellent mechanical aptitude
Good understanding of basic math
Must be able to pass applicable testing as required
