Responsible for administration of US Customs bonds and Powers of Attorney. Maintain related information as required in the appropriate systems and databases.
Explain US Customs requirements pertaining to bonds and powers of attorney
Relay information from Legal by communicating requirements to customers
Communicate with the surety companyand convey information to customer on their behalf, including but not limited to customer financial statements
Monitor all bonds and powers of attorney processes to ensure company and our customers are compliant. Provide documentation to Regulatory and Legal as needed to comply with US Customs demands
Review POA documents to ensure legality and compliance
Prepare and transmit sub-agent powers of attorney as needed
Communicate with US Cusotms and the Revenue Division to ensure all issues are resolved and requirements have been satisfied
Maintenance of web based customer share data and broker consent
Performs other duties as assigned

KSA
HS Diploma or GED required.
3 years of business or customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of US Customs brokerage industry preferred.
Required - MS Office, Outlook, Office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner)
