Location: San Antonio, TX
Salary: $25.00 USD Hourly - $28.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Endpoint Security Specialist
This role will be onsite in San Antonio, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, focusing on user account management and group policies.
- Troubleshoot and maintain DNS servers and related network configurations.
- Handle hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates.
- Offer print support, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management.
- Ensure security compliance through patch management and antivirus solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in endpoint support or a similar role within a large-scale environment.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft systems (Windows OS, Office 365).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory and DNS servers.
- 2+ years of experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- 2+ years of experience with common hardware configurations, print management, and troubleshooting.
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting issues both over the phone and in person.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified).
