Are you a seasoned maintenance professional with a passion for leading and optimizing production facilities?



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Maintenance Manager to join our client, a Food Manufacturing company. As a key member of their leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their production facility.



Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the maintenance team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• 
  Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• 
  Operational Excellence: Optimize maintenance processes and procedures, maximizing equipment uptime and minimizing downtime.
• 
  Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex maintenance issues, implementing effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• 
  Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
• 
  Cost Management: Manage maintenance budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing costs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 
  10+ years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in food production facilities.
  
• 
  Proven track record of leading and managing maintenance teams.
  
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a deep understanding of maintenance best practices.


• 
  Considerable working knowledge of PLC's/HMI's
  
  
  


• Working knowledge of OSHA, USDA and GMP requirements as they pertain to maintenance activities at a food processing facility
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• 
  Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
