Job Description:

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Salary: $125,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Quality Manager for their manufacturing facility near Harrisburg, PA.


Responsibilities:
• Develops, documents, implements, and managed the facility wide quality system
• Maintains "Zero Defect Culture"


• Champion continuous improvement/lean as the engine of delivering consistent and reliable operational performance.


• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 13 full time direct reports.


• Responds, investigates, and takes appropriate action to ensures qualitative and timely resolution of customer complaints while decreasing overall levels of complaints


• Drive internal team development to ensure robust succession plans and talent pipelines.


• Reports to Plant Manager.


Qualification and Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quality discipline. Graduate degree a plus, but not required.


• 10+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.


• Strong mix of operations and quality experience!


• Strong experience within best in class manufacturing


• Build Effective Teams: Creates and communicates standards and mission


• Drive for Results: Displays initiative, prioritizes time and resources, seeks solutions and outcomes.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with technical writing skills with an ability to comprehend and apply technical information.
