Qualifications:)
Experience in Drilling Aluminum, Composite & Titanium structures
Experience in at least one of the following is required: Heavy (Primary Structures drilling experience) (Secondary Structures drilling experience)
Interpret engineering models, drawings, and specifications, and understands written work instructions and test procedures.
Work collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, fields, and backgrounds
Communicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and person.
Basic digital literacy such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
Climb ladders/stairs and work in small, restricted areas.
Work at Heights on work stands and in lifts.
Perform repetitive work, including lifting items up to 35 lbs.
Desired:
Industry certification, trade school training, and a degree in a related field (Airframe License).
Proven success as a "hands-on" technical leader
Work optimally with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities
Continuous improvement attitude. Our job is never complete; we are always refining and improving.
Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to optimize it.
Experience in handling large aerospace structures.
Experience in assembling large tight tolerance structures.
Experience in new product introduction.
Experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification
Ability to lift heavy items to 50 lbs.
Military experience
