Salary: $135,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
We are looking to find a full-time Associate Principal (mid-senior level, one below principal) for either Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX. This is a full-time role with our client, we are helping to assist with their recruiting. Our client is well known in the Financial Markets industry.


This role has a base + bonus + full benefits. They have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) for both Chicago and Dallas.


Position Overview:


This is a new team within governance that will work with data from across the organization to help prepare for the future state of data governance to implement things like AI, machine learning and advanced data analytics. It's about 40% technical and 60% business-functional.


Please note: This role is not a cybersecurity or information security role.


Key Experience:

• Understanding of a privacy impact assessment and why they're important


• Experience with data privacy and data classification (this is a data-focused role that sits within governance)


• Experience building a privacy program


• Experience with Archer and/or ServiceNow


• Previously worked in a highly regulated environment that dealt with state laws, government policies, personal information, etc.


• Experience with record retention, setting/identifying classifications
