Highlands Oncology Group is seeking to hire a motivated professional to fill our opening for Laboratory Manager. The Lab Manager will be responsible for 3 NWA clinic labs and 1 Mountain Home clinic lab and will need to provide oversight to all. The vision for this position in addition to managing personnel is that of an educator to the lab staff and to help with Quality Assurance projects and process improvement.
