Job Description:

The Project Coordinator II is responsible for tactical and strategic project coordination and communication for a wide variety of project types including consulting engagements, team trainings, and more. This role works with Archbright members, Archbright Consultants, and the Member Services Operations team to ensure projects happen on time, all Archbright systems are appropriately set up, and that Members have a positive experience. 

This role is primarily remote with travel to Seattle approximately once per quarter to attend Archbright conferences and other team meetings.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
•    Build positive working relationships with external members and internal teammates to ensure successful projects, acting as their             Archbright project coordination SME (Subject Matter Expert).
•    Act as main contact for members in all project-related communications including written emails, letters, and change orders, and verbal         via telephone and video meetings. Leverage HR experience to ensure high quality communications. 
•    Schedule meetings, member survey deployments, HR strategic work, and other needs for projects
•    Facilitate meetings with members including new engagement meetings, project updates, and more, managing to mutually agreed-upon          due dates.
•    Track, manage and collect data and documents from members based on project timeline(s) including AAP data, Employee Engagement          Surveys, and Strategic HR projects, and others.
•    Produce and track communications and data regarding members and projects within CRM as required. 
•    Determine, with management, resource availability for all services. 
•    Organize all private class needs depending on in-person, virtual, or custom.
•    Assemble project data for presentations including survey results and status updates.
•    Track project status and assess and correct issues that may arise including timing, scheduling, member responsiveness, and more. 
•    Follow established processes  use good judgment, and escalate project concerns to the manager or director as needed.
•    Manage consultant schedules in multiple systems and contribute to team improvements for managing and tracking. 
•    Maintain project trackers for management visibility into project status at all times.

•    Track all time in a Professional Services Automation System on time.

Essential Qualifications for the Role:     
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority 
•    Strong understanding of business processes with the desire to ask “what might come next” to assess risks to project timeline, budget, or people.
•    Strong understanding of HR services, such as recruiting, affirmative action plans, organization development, and more.
•    Well-developed critical thinking skills; able to think analytically and create processes and improvements. 
•    Highly developed interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization; able to build relationships with any level of position both internally and externally. 
•    Ability to hold members and internal teams accountable, no matter their positions within an organization. 
•    Ability to balance multiple projects with competing due dates.
•    Ability to display both assertive and excellent customer service skills. 
•    Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to track and manage projects within multiple systems at once.
•    Ability to cross-train others as requested. 
•    Experience with MS Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; comfortable using various web-based systems for different needs.

Education and Experience:

AA or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience
•    Required: Minimum of 3 years of HR related experience. The ideal candidate has served as an HR Generalist 
•    Preferred: Minimum of 2 year’s experience with project coordination/management.
 

Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:
•    Preferred: Project management certification preferred 
 

Technical Skills:
•    Required: MS Office proficiency including, Word and Excel proficiency
•    Required: Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) or similar technology systems.
•    Preferred: Knowledge of Project Management software and techniques

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to computer monitors and shared workspaces when required to work from a shared office space as needed.

The full compensation range for this role is $65,926- $92,287. The hiring range for this position is $75,000-$79,000 annually.
