Member Representative – Service Center

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU); is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our service center. What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:

• Providing exceptional member service through telephone inquiries to include deposit and loan accounts.


• Matching the right products and services to meet the needs of each member.


• Offers a dedicated career development plan to advance the knowledge and skills in order to provide full service for each member experience.


• Serve as trusted advisors by building strong relationships and always acting in the best interests of our members.


• Inform, educate, and advise members of DCCU’s products and services that contribute to their financial health and well-being.


• Execute member requests to include transfers, withdrawals, payments, debit and credit card inquiries, direct deposit transactions, stop payments, etc.


• Trouble shoot and resolve issues that may arise involving the various electronic channels.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• A high school diploma or equivalent.


• Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on professional and effective telephone skills to uphold quality standards while servicing both internal and external members.


• High aptitude for detailed work and accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to individual, team and department goals while promoting a positive team environment to include remaining flexible and taking initiative, and a strong regard for confidential and sensitive information.


• Desire to develop and grow in their career.


• Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English are preferred.
