General Description | Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Strategic Initiatives & Community Engagement, the Assistant Director, Systems and Operations develops and implements technology and data-driven systems, procedures, and solutions to continuously improve the operations and impact of municipal partnership initiatives within the College’s Division of Strategic Initiatives & Community Engagement (SICE), namely the Octavius Catto Scholarship and the City College for Municipal Employment (CCME). The Assistant Director works collaboratively with the College’s Institutional Research and IT departments to optimize systems for automating, streamlining, and improving decision making and operations. Leveraging data, technology, and organizational insights, and in consultation with relevant leaders across SICE, the Assistant Director also oversees processes and procedures for accurately and efficiently awarding scholarship aid and forecasting the budgetary need and capacity of the initiatives over time. |
