POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing data, reviewing policies, and suggesting process improvements. The QA Coordinator will create reports, provide training for employees, prepare customer service audits, and review operations data. Responsibilities will include updating and approving documentation in accordance with regulations and preparing complex audit reports for senior management. The QA Coordinator will ensure employees follow quality assurance standards and procedures established by the company; review work orders and assist with establishing priorities and schedules and will assist in processing customer work orders according to the established schedule; coordinate with managers in resolving work order planning and control issues; work with company departments to complete work orders on-time and within customer specifications; and monitor execution of work orders and schedules for timely delivery.

The QA Coordinator will assist with quality audits (internal and external) and regulatory inspections and assist with maintenance of QA department documents (training records, Master Schedule, etc.). Will also assist in work order quality control to meet business and financial objectives, documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.

Assigned other duties as required. Must have a valid driver’s license. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Five years of progressive experience managing resources, scheduling, tracking, and documenting work. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written, mathematics, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Ability to organize, prioritize, and monitor tasks and projects maintaining quality company quality standards.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Working knowledge of statistics. Experience managing work and assets in a computer maintenance management system (CMMS) and experience with quality assurance programs.
