Assembles ENIDINE products, partially or completely, working at bench or on shop floor by performing the following duties
Responsibilities
Positions parts according to defined process of unit being assembled found in such places as work orders, assembly manuals and /or the following of blueprints.
Fastens together parts with bolts, screws, speed clips, epoxy, rivets, or other fasteners using manual, electric or air powered hand tools.
Work from operation sheets, specifications, setup charts and general instructions of the Assembly supervisor.
Follow prescribed safety and quality procedures of loading and unloading, performing operations involving the use of fixtures or holding devices.
Use fixtures and gauges and check parts with fixed gauges, scales, micrometers, indicators and other standard production checking devices.
Responsible for inspecting and checking parts to detect defects or dimensional occurring discrepancies either prior to or during assembly, and report these and other unusual conditions as directed by Department Supervisor.
Operates drill presses, punch presses, riveting machines and all equipment essential to the assembly operation.
May have knowledge of and be able to operate in additional cells.
May operate wash tanks as necessary to clean components and assemblies.
Basic computer use, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
May document work, test results, conduct counts, package parts and restock inventory.
Employees must adhere to PPE requirements; attend and participate in safety meetings and trainings as assigned. Report all incidents immediately to supervisor regarding injuries, first aids, spills, and near misses.

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
0 - 3 year related experience and/or training.
Ability to utilize small hand tools for assembly and cleaning.
Ability to read, write, communicate and comprehend simple instructions in english.
Ability to perform basic math skills add, subtract, multiply, and division.
