Ultimate Staffing is hiring an Operator Trainee for a family owned custom shipping company located in Santa Clara, CA. This is a temp to hire opportunity for 1st and 2nd shift 1st shift being 6am to 2:30pm & 2nd shift 2:30pm to 11pm. Pay rate for this role is $18/HR with an opportunity to grow in to a Machine Operator role.
Job Description:
Assists the Operator in setting up the machine, which includes but is not limited to slotting knives, heads, feed section, print plates, and die-cut tooling.
May help with mounting printing plates and cutting dies.
May ink the machine and use chemicals to adjust ink properties, and clean printing plates.
