Duties:
* Manage bid list reviews, prioritizing preferred clients and key opportunities.
* Review project plans and specs to develop estimates, including materials, labor, and expenses.
* Ensure proposals are complete and risk is addressed before submission.
* Adhere to bid review processes, making edits as needed.
* Handle change orders, RFIs, ASIs, DCNs, and scope changes.
* Perform blueprint take-offs, ensuring competitive and accurate scopes.


Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 1+ year(s) of project coordination and/or estimating experience
* Experience in the CONSTRUCTION industry is required
* Proficient in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook
* Knowledge of BlueBeam, Adobe Acrobat, Plan Grid, or Plexxis - a plus!


Additional Info:
* Pay: $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience
* Schedule: 8 am-4 pm Monday to Friday
* Location: In Office 100%
